REPHALTRepair asphalt that cures with water
Made for damage that must be fixed fast: potholes, bridge-deck patches and failures around manholes. A high-performance cold-mix repair asphalt that bonds strongly and cures by reacting with water
- 01Strength close to hot-mix asphaltQuality that meets the CP-1 standard for emergency repair asphalt keeps the risk of re-failure low. It bonds to the existing pavement without stripping, so no separate adhesive is needed
- 02Works in any weather or seasonBecause it cures with water, it can be used below 0℃, in the spring thaw and in the rainy season. Even at a thickness of about 1 cm it stays durable, with no tire marks or shoving
- 03Minimal traffic control timeFour steps — place, level, spray water, compact — and the road reopens right away
- 04Eco-friendly and odorlessThe binder is solid asphalt blended with plant-based flux oil into a cold liquid. It contains no toxic or volatile solvents, and cold production reduces carbon emissions

Application steps

Where it is usedBefore and after

It has been applied to patched sections of an expressway bridge and stayed in service under heavy truck traffic without stripping. Beyond emergency pothole repair, it can serve as a lasting repair material
Quality standardsVerified against recognized standards and tests
Meets the CP-1 requirements for cold-mix emergency repair asphalt in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport asphalt concrete pavement construction guideline (revised July 2024). Quality-tested by the Road & Transportation Research Institute of Korea Expressway Corporation. Test reports and specifications are provided on request
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Standard | CP-1 cold-mix emergency repair asphalt (roads with 4 or more lanes and heavy truck traffic) |
| Quality test | Completed at the Road & Transportation Research Institute, Korea Expressway Corporation |
| Supply | 20 kg bags (5-ply) · bulk bags by arrangement |
| Test reports | Provided on request |
Storage: keep in a dry place (it can cure in damp conditions) and use within 6 months of the production date. Avoid tearing the bags and do not stack pallets more than two high. Registered on the Korea Expressway Corporation Technology Market

Made in-houseSee how it is produced
- 01Aggregate drying, mixing and baggingA 200℃ aggregate dryer removes moisture to prevent defects, and large silos holding up to 120 t of dried aggregate support consistent high-quality production
- 02Batch-by-batch quality testingWith a Marshall compactor, Marshall stability tester and vacuum density tester, every production run is quality-tested, using equipment of the same class as accredited laboratories
- 03Reliable bulk supplyAutomated equipment at our own plant enables on-time delivery and large-volume supply

Quote & contract inquiryBridge Deck WaterproofingComposite membrane waterproofing, applied by us
An asphalt composite membrane system: a high-softening-point modified asphalt waterproofing compound provides bonding and waterproofing, and a specially coated reinforcing grid laid on top protects the waterproof layer
- 01ApplicationThe reinforcing grid acts as a protective layer, so the membrane is not damaged when heavy paving equipment drives on it. The waterproof layer stays continuous even when applied lane by lane, and the thin layer reinforces fine cracks in the concrete deck
- 02MaterialResistant to oil, acid, calcium chloride and freeze-thaw, with good durability, water resistance, abrasion resistance and impact resistance. The non-combustible grid withstands hot asphalt paving
- 03One body with the pavementThe waterproof layer bonds to the asphalt to prevent delamination, and the grid reinforces tensile strength under the pavement. It resists tension lengthwise and spreads pressure crosswise, reducing air pockets and pinholes
- 04Fast applicationAfter the waterproofing liquid is applied and the grid protective layer is laid, paving equipment can enter immediately. We can apply 3,000 to 5,000 ㎡ per day

| Applied to | Decks of bridges, elevated roads and covered structures |
| Materials | Primer · waterproofing liquid (high-softening-point modified asphalt compound) · coated reinforcing grid |
| Before application | Confirm deck moisture content is within 5% (asphalt concrete pavement construction guideline) |
| During application | Membrane thickness of 2–3 mm or more is measured on site |
Application steps

Dedicated equipment and on-site quality control
We use a dedicated cooker that heats the waterproofing liquid and vacuum sweeping equipment, and we measure and record deck moisture before application and membrane thickness during application

PCM micro-surfacingA road surface that delays freezing by itself
Phase change material (PCM) is added to a proven thin-layer micro-surfacing. As the road surface cools, the PCM solidifies and releases heat, delaying the onset of freezing. Developed through a national research project
- 01About 30 minutes of delay before freezingBased on 3% PCM content in indoor chamber tests. It buys time for snow removal and response
- 02No milling, no heatingApplied with the same equipment and procedure as conventional micro-surfacing
- 03Surface performance retainedSkid resistance, noise reduction and impermeability are maintained
